Profile

Bernard Lachenal is a member of  MLL Legal’s Dispute Resolution practice group in Geneva. He is specialized in Swiss and international dispute resolution in relation to private banking and private clients.

He acts on behalf of private and institutional clients before State courts and arbitration panels in complex proceedings with international ramifications. He also acts as Director of various multinational companies in Switzerland and as Vice-Chairman of Banque Piguet Galland & Cie SA.
