Vital Lüthi is an associate of the corporate & M&A practice group in our Zurich office. His practice focuses on mergers & acquisitions and general corporate matters. He advises privately held and listed companies on all types of transactions and corporate as well as employment law matters.
He was admitted to the bar in Switzerland in 2023 and studied law at the Universities of Zurich and Hamburg.
Vital started his journey at MLL Legal as a student employee and subsequently as a junior associate. Prior to rejoining the firm as an associate he worked as a legal employee for a large business law firm in Zurich and several companies in the financial services sector.

The financing round was led by Swisscom Ventures.
